Marketing is much more than just promotions and channels.

Having the right offer, price, and route-to-market, are critical aspects of the marketing strategy.

From campaigns, content marketing, portfolio development, to GDPR compliance, digital transformations, and lead generation, I have been involved in successfully designing and delivering on a wide range of initiatives.

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve combined my digital expertise with the wider aspects of the marketing mix.

Portfolio: Launching conflict management and negotiation training

As part of my Master’s, I was tasked with supporting a regional constabulary with the development and launch of their professional training courses. Specialising in negotiation and conflict management.

The project involved undertaking extensive research for portfolio development, designing the route-to-market strategy and digital marketing campaign. Focusing on lead generation and conversion.

The end result was a comprehensive market scoping report and campaign plan with estimated forecasts. It enabled the client to achieve the funding required to launch the project.

Portfolio: Internal consultancy

As part of digital transformation, new approaches to campaigns and upskilling for new legislation, I have designed, managed, and ran internal consultancy sessions. Providing reports and recommendations from these sessions to senior stakeholders.

Taking a range of different formats, I have conducted these to encourage collaboration, identify business challenges, and to generate buy-in as part of change management.

Enabling solutions to be crafted, based on an in-depth understanding of the circumstances which need remedying.

Portfolio: Analytical and Strategic Framework

Working agency-side, there are many requests that come from clients. Some can be turnaround quickly, and some can be an extensive drain on resources. Especially if the work hasn’t been scoped out, or there’s an omission in the marketing strategy. This not only can be costly for an agency, but it can also create difficulty when managing clients’ expectations.

To solve this challenge, working with the team, I designed and delivered a new analytical and strategic framework. Allowing all business challenges and digital performance to be scoped out, before, any work commenced or charged. Enabling the development of a robust strategy for each client, focussing on the actual issues that needed resolving, and a comprehensive campaign plan. Providing timeframes, objectives, and tangible deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective time management for account leaders.
